Do you have a purchase suggestion for an item that we presently do not own but that you would love to see in our catalog? Let us know! 

  • The library purchases items based on our Collection Development Policy and cannot guarantee purchase of suggested items
  • Illinois authors who would like their works added to our collection should use the Local Author submission form.
  • Please be aware that we generally do not order items for our collection more than six months ahead of publication date
  • If the item was released 6 months or more ago, please consider putting a hold on it from another library via LinkIN or Find More Illinois. 
  • Not all works are available in digital format. Titles may not be available for purchase in all desired formats or on preferred platforms. 
  • Please note that this service is for Aurora Public Library District card holders only. If you are an Aurora resident, we encourage you to apply for a library card. If you are not an Aurora resident, we encourage you to submit the request to your home library.
