Join us for a storytime and activity in partnership with the DuPage County Farm Bureau! Listen to a reading of "Applesauce Day", followed by a lesson on apple trees and an apple tasting. **
The book "Applesauce Day" by Lisa J. Amstutz will be read and Education Coordinator Kristina Baumbach from the Dupage County Farm Bureau will teach a short lesson on apple trees and how apples are produced at orchards today. After the lesson, students can participate in an apple taste test and craft "Apple-copters" to take home.
**This a ticketed event with limited space, tickets will be handed out at the Children's Services Desk 30 minute prior to the event.

This branch shares the Eola Community Center buiding with the Fox Valley Park District. It offers a quiet reading room with a fireplace, study rooms and a family computer lab. The Eola Road Branch has public meeting rooms that may be used for community programs.
