Schedule an appointment with our business librarian to get personalized one-on-one business research assistance, including tutorials using our online business resources. Appointments can be virtual, over the phone, or in-person at the Santori Library.  To set up an appointment, complete the form or call 630-264-4117.

Meeting Spaces  

Book a Study Room 

Need a place to collaborate or concentrate? Small group study rooms are available for use at all library locations. APLD cardholders can make a reservation up to 48 hours in advance online or by calling 630-264-4117. Non-library cardholders are welcome to use an unreserved study room on a first-come, first-served basis. Each individual or small group has a maximum of one 2-hour appointment per day.

Reserve a Meeting Room 

Businesses, government, and nonprofit organizations can submit applications to reserve a meeting room for use at all library locations. Room size, capacity, and audio-visual equipment and resources for rooms varies by room and library location. Reservations may be made up to 60 days in advance.

The Aurora Public Library maintains virtual meeting room space through Zoom for public use when not needed for library meetings or events. Review the meeting room policy for eligibility and room use guidelines here.

Public Computers 

Need to use a computer? Aurora Public Library cardholders are currently entitled to one hour on the computer each day. Non-resident cardholders can obtain guest passes at the Digital Services Desk. Visit our Public Computer & Services page for more information. 

Printers & Copiers 

We offer black & white and color printing from our public computers and through our wireless printing service.  
 
Black-and-white printouts $0.10 per page.  
Color printing- $0.50 per page

Wireless Printing
Send print jobs from your smartphone, laptop, or tablet in the library or remotely using your Wi-Fi connected home computer or mobile device to one of our library printers. Print jobs will remain in the queues for a maximum of 2 hours. All unclaimed print jobs will be deleted after that time.

Scanning and Faxing 

Scan documents and photos to email, USB, a smartphone, or cloud storage (Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox.) This service is available at no cost.  
Faxing - $1.50 per page.  

Available for Checkout: Chromebooks & Hotspots 

You can check out a chromebook to use in the library for two hour increments or outside the library for one week.Learn how to check out a Chromebook and read our lending guidelines here.


Hotspots are also available at the library for 24/7 internet access from anywhere! Hotspots may be checked out with a valid Aurora Public Library card for 1 week and are not eligible for renewal. Find more information about our hotspot lending guidelines here.  
 

Design, Print, Create in our Makerspace 

Create a prototype, design eye-catching promotional materials, print posters, banners, and vinyl decal stickers, or just express your creativity! Learn all the different ways we can help your small business in the Aurora Public Library District Makerspace!
