Dr. Vincent Gaddis is Board President of Study Circles Illinois, a non-profit organization dedicated to transforming our community through dialogue. He is also a professor of History at Benedictine University and Criminal Justice Chair of the DuPage County NAACP. Most recently, Dr. Gaddis was nominated to the Police Civilian Review Board in Aurora, IL.
